(Architects please note)
The Rainhandler System is in use on hundreds of structures other than single family homes. These include Garden Apartments, Condos, Schools, Fire and Police Stations, Churches, Libraries, Light Rail Systems, Hotels, Football Stadiums and Race Tracks.
In the past 12 months, the Rainhandler System has been installed on thousands of Garden Apartment units and Town Houses in San Joaquin County, CA, Belleville, IL, Kokomo, IN, Bethlehem, PA, Lenoir City, Morristown and Murfreesboro, TN and Hampton, VA.
Recently, the Rainhandler System was installed on the Carriage House of the Historic Stetson Mansion in DeLand, FL and on the Universal Design Living Laboratory Home in Columbus, OH. In both cases, Rainhandlers were selected because they fit the green and maintenance free strategy of the project managers, distributing precious rain sized drops evenly along the entire run, requiring much less raw material than old fashioned gutters, and being completely maintenance free. They were also chosen because they are invisible on the structure, with no downspouts to detract from the unique architectural features of the two sites. You can see the Universal Design Lab home at udll.com but you won’t see the Rainhandlers! Call us with your requirements and see all Rainhandler can offer for your application.
